Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Period:
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a refund. Returns are not accepted after this period.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items are also non-returnable.
Return Procedure:
To return a product, please contact us at contact@Carlyfaith.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, particularly for used or damaged items not due to our error.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Refund Delays:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@Carlyfaith.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email and return the item to our address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who gave you the gift.
Return Shipping:
We will cover the cost of returns in the event of a defective product, but you will be responsible for the cost of returns in the event of dissatisfaction.
